Brian's take on Mark:  "Mark is fearless. He thrives on breaking barriers and find opportunity within chaos.  His ability to tell you what you may not be prepared to hear is enlightening.  Mark has lived his entire life believing that changing a tire is no one else’s job but his own. He expects people to do their jobs with measurable accountability."
